Description:
The CNC Turning Center FCK50 is a high-precision, heavy-duty horizontal turning machine integrated with advanced CNC control systems and a rigid machine structure. Featuring a 45° slant bed design for optimal chip removal and operational ergonomics, it is equipped with a high-torque spindle, a precision linear guide rail feed system, and an automatic tool turret (8/12-station optional) with quick tool change capability. The machine has a maximum turning diameter of 500mm, a maximum turning length of 500/1000mm (customizable), and supports C-axis indexing and live tooling (optional) for mill-drill composite machining. It adopts a fully enclosed protective cover with a humanized operation panel, realizing automatic and semi-automatic turning of complex cylindrical, conical, thread, groove, and contour workpieces.

Application:
1.FCK 50 series multi-functional CNC lathe, the bed body adopts box structure and strong cast iron (HT-300), integrated casting technology casting, using high precision machining center once clip processing. Therefore, it has the characteristics of strong overall rigidity, good machine tool accuracy maintenance and high use reliability.
2.The bed body adopts high rigidity 30 (inclined back type integral bed body, convenient to remove chips, with a separation sink, completely eliminate leakage, easy to maintain.
