The TCK46 slant bed CNC lathe is a high-precision turning center built on a one-piece 45° inclined cast iron bed, delivering exceptional rigidity, stable chip evacuation and effortless coolant flow. With a 460 mm swing over bed, 260 mm swing over cross slide, 350 mm machining length and a 7.5 kW servo spindle reaching up to 3,500 rpm, it handles small to medium shafts and flange-type disc parts with outstanding efficiency. Equipped with a hydraulic chuck, hydraulic tailstock, 8-station servo turret and precision linear guideways, the TCK46 completes complex turning operations in a single clamping, achieving repeatability of ±0.003 mm. Fully enclosed stainless steel guarding with full CNC control (GSK / Fanuc optional) makes it the ideal choice for automotive, hydraulic and general machinery production lines.
