CK0640 is an economical flat-bed horizontal CNC lathe developed for precision mass production of small shaft and disc parts. The machine adopts high-strength cast iron bed after aging treatment to minimize deformation and ensure long-term stable machining accuracy. Equipped with high-precision ball screws and servo drive system, it supports automatic turning of inner & outer circles, end faces, grooves, tapers, spherical surfaces and metric/inch threads. Multiple CNC control systems are optional for flexible programming. Compact structure saves workshop space with fully enclosed safety protection.
