Feature:
1.The machine guideways are accurate grinded,which has good wear resistance and high precision.
2.The spindle adopts three axis three gear variable speed, high cuting torque at low speed.
3.The machine is equipped with an automatic lubrication system,thus making it possible to minimize the thermal deformation effectively and assure good machining accuracy.
4.The machine can work under the positive control of a CNC system produced either by the GSK CNC System Factory, the Kanety or the Siemens and Fanuc.
5.According to client's requirements, we can equip with pneumatic chunk, hydraulic chunk and other special accessories.

Application
The CNC system automatically controls the truning of various types of inner holes, outer circles, conical surfaces, circular arc surfaces, and threads. Widened and highly stable bed, with four speed changes on the main spindle and infinite frequency conversion speed regulation within each gear.
