Description:
VMC855 4-axis vertical CNC machining center adopts high-strength integral cast iron structure with rational rib layout and stress relief aging treatment, ensuring stable long-term machining accuracy.
Standard travel: X-axis 800mm, Y-axis 550mm, Z-axis 550mm. Equipped with precision linear guides and high-precision ball screws for rapid feeding and reliable dynamic performance. It is fitted with BT40 spindle, standard speed 8000rpm, optional 10000/12000rpm. Matched with 24-tool arm-type automatic tool changer.
Supported control systems: FANUC, Mitsubishi, GSK and other mainstream brands. Installed with 4th-axis rotary table to realize 4-axis linkage and multi-angle indexing processing.
