Description:
VMC1160 is a high-performance 3-axis vertical CNC machining center. The base, worktable, column, saddle and spindle box are cast from premium high-strength cast iron via resin sand casting, delivering outstanding structural strength, rigidity and long-term operational stability.
It adopts high-rigidity Taiwan-made BT40 spindle with grease lubrication, offering continuous, stable and reliable lubrication protection for spindle bearings during long-hour heavy cutting.
Equipped with precision linear guides and pre-stretched ball screws, it ensures excellent positioning & repeat positioning accuracy. Optional automatic tool changer, 4th/5th axis and mainstream CNC systems.
