Description:
T7 is high-speed vertical CNC drill & tap center with heavy-duty HT300 cast iron bed after stress relief annealing, high rigidity & anti-vibration performance. Standard BT30 direct-coupled spindle max 20000rpm with oil cooling, fitted with umbrella/ servo tool magazine (16/21T optional), fast tool change within 0.8s. Three-axis Taiwan HIWIN linear guides & precision ground ball screws support high rapid traverse up to 48m/min. Optional control: Mitsubishi M80B / Fanuc 0i-MF / Syntec 22MA, full enclosed splash-proof guard, centralized automatic lubrication system.
